Different file and record types require different handling, and the supported Smart Import scope will expand over time.
How source files are handled
The original uploaded source is temporary processing material — it is not intended to become a permanent duplicate of your BunnyBuddyHQ records.
Some supported image, PDF or text extraction can use BunnyBuddyHQ's current external AI service provider to help identify information for review.
The final Privacy Policy and upload notice explain the relevant processing.

What will grow later
Smart Import can expand to more information types and more useful import workflows over time.
That future direction is not a promise that every document, spreadsheet or historical record can be imported today.
