Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption, and your data is stored securely on local servers (and backed up globally). Your privacy is our top priority.

What happens to records if a rabbit passes away?

We know how hard it is to say goodbye. Deceased rabbit records are permanent and kept safe in your archive forever, at no extra cost. Their history stays with you.

Do I have to use the AI health features?

Not at all. The AI consultant is there to give you a hand when you need it, but it's completely optional. You can just use BunnyBuddy for straightforward record keeping if you prefer.

Are the prices in Australian Dollars (AUD)?

Sure is! No sneaky conversion fees or unexpected exchange rates. What you see is exactly what you pay in good old AUD.

What does the Founding Member rate mean for me?

As a Founding Member, you're locking in our lowest ever price for life. Even when we add heaps of new features and prices go up for everyone else, your rate will never change. Fair dinkum.

Can I export my rabbit's medical history for the vet?

Too right you can. With a single click, you can generate a clean, professional PDF of your rabbit's entire medical history to email or print for your vet.

Does this replace my physical rabbitry logbook?

We've built BunnyBuddy to support the exact pedigree and record formats needed by local Australian rabbit clubs, making your physical paperwork a thing of the past.

How secure are my photos and pedigree files?

Your files are stored with top-tier security. Only you have access to your rabbit's photos and pedigrees unless you choose to share them with a buyer or vet.

A BunnyBuddyHQ Digital Rabbit Passport creates continuity between breeder and new owner by keeping important information connected to the rabbit it belongs to.

A Passport can start two ways. A BunnyBuddyHQ breeder can send it to the rabbit's new home, whether that's a pet owner or another breeder. Or the new owner can request it from their breeder, even if that breeder doesn't use BunnyBuddyHQ. We'll email your breeder and ask for the details needed to fill in your rabbit's profile.

There is no paid BunnyBuddyHQ subscription required to receive a rabbit's Passport. Already have a paid BunnyBuddyHQ account? Your breeder will use Ownership Transfer instead, so the rabbit moves straight into your account.

How much does a Digital Rabbit Passport cost?

Nothing. The Digital Rabbit Passport is free for pet owners and breeders receiving a rabbit. You do not need a paid subscription just to access the Passport that came with your rabbit.

My breeder hasn't sent a Passport. Can I ask for one?

A Passport isn't a general free plan, because it belongs to a specific rabbit. But you can request your rabbit's Passport from your breeder, even if they don't use BunnyBuddyHQ. We'll email them and ask for the details needed to fill in your rabbit's profile.

Can I change the information my breeder recorded?

The transferred Passport is designed to preserve the rabbit's breeder-supplied identity and history. Passport access is primarily read-only, so breeder-supplied provenance, pedigree and genetics information remains protected.

What if my breeder hasn't entered every type of information?

That's okay. The information available in each Passport depends on the records that have been entered and transferred with that rabbit.

Can I have more than one rabbit?

BunnyBuddyHQ's Passport experience is designed around your household, so eligible BunnyBuddyHQ rabbits transferred to you can remain associated with your account.

What if I want to add my own records and manage my rabbit?

Your Passport is a view of the information that travelled with your rabbit, not the full app. Upgrade to BunnyBuddyHQ Pet Owner for care, health, behaviour, memories and other owner tools, or to Breeder if the rabbit is joining your rabbitry. You can upgrade from inside the app after you sign in.

Will I lose my rabbit's Passport if I upgrade?

No. The purpose of the upgrade path is to build on the rabbit information already connected to you rather than make you start again.

I received a BunnyBuddyHQ invitation. Where do I go?

Use the secure link in the invitation you received. If you've already created your password, you can sign in at BunnyBuddyHQ.

I'm a breeder. Can I receive a Passport?

Yes. A Passport can go to a pet owner or another breeder. You'll see the Passport for that rabbit, and you can upgrade to Breeder any time to bring them into your rabbitry with their pedigree and history carried over.

I already have a paid BunnyBuddyHQ account. How do I get my new rabbit's records?

If you're already a paying Pet Owner or Breeder, your breeder will use Ownership Transfer instead of a Passport, so the rabbit and their history move straight into your existing account.
