Breeder: A$17/month instead of A$27/month for the first 20 eligible Founder subscriptions. A Founder place is used only by a successfully verified subscription — not by opening a checkout or leaving a form unfinished.
If you move between Pet Owner and Breeder while remaining continuously subscribed, your Founder status comes with you and the applicable Founders Rate for your new tier applies.
If a payment fails, you have 7 days to fix it. If it remains unresolved after 7 days, Founder status is lost and any later reactivation uses the then-current applicable price.

Each Additional Member gets their own login and shared access to your household or rabbitry. The Primary Owner keeps billing, ownership and owner-only controls. Add an Additional Member any time: log in, then go to Account > Members once your Pet Owner or Breeder membership is active.

The Demo is how you evaluate BunnyBuddyHQ before you buy. Choose the Pet Owner or Breeder Demo and explore a prepared, read-only environment with example rabbits and information already filled in, for 7 days, with no payment details needed. It is not a free trial: your paid account starts clean, and Demo data is never copied across.
What happens when I subscribe?
Your paid access is created only after BunnyBuddyHQ receives payment confirmation. Setup then helps you establish your household or rabbitry and your first rabbits. If setup is interrupted after a valid purchase, you can securely continue setup rather than paying again.
Digital Rabbit Passport is different
Digital Rabbit Passport is not a pricing plan or a free version of BunnyBuddyHQ. It is a rabbit-specific experience for one eligible rabbit: your breeder can send it to you, or you can request one from them. It is free to accept and separate from the Pet Owner and Breeder memberships.

Is the Founders Rate locked forever?
It's locked while your BunnyBuddyHQ subscription remains continuous and your payment remains in good standing under the 7-day recovery rule.
What happens if my payment fails?
You have 7 days to fix it. If it's still unresolved after 7 days, Founder status is lost.
What happens if I cancel and come back later?
Cancellation ends Founder eligibility. A later subscription uses the then-current applicable rate unless BunnyBuddyHQ explicitly offers something different at that time.
Can I see BunnyBuddyHQ before paying?
Yes. Choose the Pet Owner or Breeder Demo and explore prepared read-only example data before adding a single rabbit of your own.
Is the Demo a free trial?
No. The Demo is a prepared, read-only evaluation environment with example information already filled in, available for 7 days. A paid account is your own clean BunnyBuddyHQ workspace, and Demo data is never copied into it.
Can I change between Pet Owner and Breeder?
Yes. You can switch inside the app from your Account, without rebuilding your rabbits or history. If you remain continuously subscribed, your Founder status comes with you and the applicable Founders Rate for your new tier applies.
Can I add another person to my account?
Yes. Additional Members get their own login and shared access to your household or rabbitry, at A$12/month each (Founder Additional Member rate: A$7/month for the first 50 qualifying Additional Member subscriptions). Add them from Account > Members once your membership is active.
